Indie theatre – projects born of passion, obsession with the craft and commitment to artistic integrity – is my home base. In addition to nurturing the growth of the indie theatre movement in St Louis, I am committed to deepening my own exploration of the discipline. The growth of indie theatre delivers healthy social disruption within a conventional industry, and opens new and wonderfully elastic grounds for experimentation with ways to engage locals with a deeper exploration of cultural identity.

ST LOU FRINGE FESTIVAL

The St Lou Fringe Festival invites hundreds of independent producers and artists – actors, dancers, musicians, acrobats and even a Japanese top spinner – to proliferate their passion in a collective setting. St Lou Fringe is a member of the United States Association of Fringe Festivals, World Fringe, and has been named Best Theatre Festival by the Riverfront Times, one of the US’s nine intriguing Fringe Festivals by CNN, and among the nation’s fifty best summer festivals by the New York Times.
